Configurable Performance Appraisals can include self-appraisal or manager only appraisal, and appropriate workflows to facilitate reviews and sign-offs.

HR.net Enterprise Performance management is tightly interwoven throughout the application:

  • Competencies are maintained globally and assigned to job/position record assuring that competencies are relevant to the employees job function
  • Development Plans are integrated with HR.net’s Learning & Development and required learning associated with the employee’s job/position
  • Performance management is the basis for Succession Planning and Talent Management processes
