Non-technical users create workflows in an easy-to-use graphical interface where you click and drag workflow stages from the toolbar onto the designer to assemble the stages in your workflow.

HR.net Enterprise comes with over 100 pre-configured form-based workflows. You can edit them or define any number of new workflow processes using the Administrator Console.
Examples of pre-configured form-based processes included with HR.net Enterprise:
- Add New Employee
- Complete an Exit Interview
- Process a Leaver
- Record an Employee Sickness
- Bulk E-Mail
- Log Health & Safety Incidents
- Back to Work Interview
- Initiate Salary Reviews
Employees use Community Portals to initiate form-based workflows.
When creating workflows you can select any permutation of the following stages to create a single integrated workflow process:
