Delphia Moves Headquarters Battelle Campus To Downtown Columbus

Delphia Consulting, a provider of HR/Payroll software solutions and web design/development, moves its headquarters from the Battelle Campus to downtown Columbus.

Delphia Consulting, a national provider of HR/Payroll software solutions and web design/development services, has moved its headquarters from 445 King Avenue to downtown Columbus, where it will occupy the 11th floor of the Midland Building located at 250 East Broad Street.

“The space has an existing build out that Delphia needs to modify only slightly and an efficient floor plan that will allow the company to relocate its headquarters operation from the entire three-story property on the campus of Battelle to a single floor, which will support superior workflow,” explained Alexander Main, COO of Delphia Consulting.

"The Midland building was the most appropriate downtown location for us," explained Brian Delphia, President and CEO Delphia Consulting. "The building was renovated in 2003 with updated interiors, state-of-the-art energy management and high levels of security. It is one of the few buildings downtown that has a private green space for use by tenants," continued Mr. Delphia.

“We weren’t initially planning to move downtown, but this particular space is situated perfectly for us. It’s impeccably built-out, and we were able to achieve aggressive pricing.”
